PS3/Xbox Param Editor 2013 Edition released [PES2013]

Please note;

You need dotnet 2.0 installed
It will only open an uncompressed headerless param file (104,320 bytes)
It will work for both original and dlc1 param files
It has only had very limited testing

Also note that Konami in their infinite wisdom have changed the team order from the original param file to the dlc param file.
If a team appears to be missing check towards the end of the list!
For this reason if you want to use a custom team list you must create a teams.txt file in the same directory as the exe and add teams in the following format:

team-id,team-name

eg

2294,Borussia Dortmund
2295,Eintracht Frankfurt

The team id is listed next to the team select in the editor.
